Weebly does provide a concept reference that explains how the theme that you create for your website needs to be able to operate well with different configurations. Weebly pages also have to contain specific content related to those pages such as the General page, Blog, earch, Commerce and Navigation. Each site needs to also have HTML templates and styling for every header and section layout.

Weebly offers 4 different plans which include the Free, Personal, Professional and Performance Plan. The Free plan is for basic use therefore there are cons to buying the Free plan which include branding and ads for Weebly, and limited customizing options . The Free Plan however is used more for basic sites due to the small amount of features it has.
Personal plan costs $10/month and is best for hobby sites, simple portfolios and individual sites. With the Personal plan you can now have your own custom domain but is not best for more professional websites.
The Professional plan costs $12/month and allows you to add more customization and connecting your domain. The Personal plan is suitable for entrepreneurs and small business as the Professional plan offers unlimited storage and your own free domain name.
The Performance plan costs $26/month and provides everything that the professional plan offers as well as more features to increase growth and managing operations. You have to upgrade to the Performance plan to get the cart recovery function.
