The Downloads sections has every PHP download that was released at any time. Additionally the downloads/release notes includes the current stable PHP GPG keys which are for PHP 8.2.1 and the old stable PHP which is 8.1.14 as well as the GPG keys for that PHP.
Documentation
The Documentation section includes a PHP manual in many different languages and allows you to download the different manuals as well as navigation tips and tricks. The documentation section also includes information on how documentation is edited and translated.
Get Involved
Get Involved is a section that goes over ways to contribute to PHP which include; Running test suites in RC and releasing distributions of PHP, Filing and resolving bug reports, Helping find and diagnosing failed tests, as well as Helping maintain/translate documentation files on github.
Summary
PHP.net is a very useful website that is important to those that are just beginning to understand or start PHP but also people that are more experienced with PHP.
